Project My Investments Tool

Calculating a projection for each investment is time-consuming, tedious and often difficult. With this tool, you need
only enter your investments once. Then calculate their value at whatever length of time you desire. Also
updating their value is simple. Just change the current value and rate of return values to reflect the
current situation and re-calculate.
Not only will this tool project the estimated value of your investments, but it can also compensate for
annual inflation. You can determine what the actual value of your investments will be in the future based
on the value of today's dollar.
Enter each investment and its rate of return (or APR). If the investment is an annuity (an investment into which
you make regular "payments"), enter the payment amount and the number of times a year you make a payment.
Enter the number of years in the future to which you would like to project the value of your investments. Also
you may enter an inflation rate to apply to your investment growth.
Select the Print Projected Value Report button to print a detailed list of your investments and their projected
values:
You can enter multiple investment portfolios for yourself or family and friends. Select the New button to create a new plan:
Enter a name for the new portfolio and select the OK button.
Select the Open File button to open a selection window and choose the portfolio to work with:
Select the portfolio from the list and then select the Select button.
